Adult Groups

Knox has a wide variety of adult ministry opportunities for members, visitors, and friends. Our opportunities range from religious education to purely social events. We encourage all adult members to find an activity that interests them. If you have an idea for a new adult ministries we would love to help you start something new. Just contact the church office.

Bible Studies

Knox Presbyterian Church is committed to God's Word. We encourage you to take time during the week to study the Bible; it helps us understand God's character, but more importantly, it’s the most powerful tool for shaping God-like character within us.

Bible study brings depth to our journey with Christ. Our classes allow you to journey in faith with others who are seeking out Biblical truth and how it applies to everyday life.

Some classes involve homework, while others do not. Classes are open for all who are interested, no matter what your previous experience is in studying the Bible. You can join a study at any time. Click here for a list of our current bible studies.

Seasoned Citizens

Our lively group of Seasoned Citizens enjoy a wide variety of activities and events.  A few of the events we did in 2013 were: a concert at Wentz Hall, tour of Morton Arboretum and many plays - Fiddler on the Roof, Oklahoma and Hello Dolly.  We would love to have you join us.

 Our upcoming events are:

  • Friday, April 10, @ Wentz Hall Beatles Mania by Chicago a Cappella! at 8:00 pm
